Sorry for missing this. I've been pretty absent from Factorio recently.
iirc the scaling of the icons even at the 3x3 starts to have clarity issues. Another issue is this being a fork of the original mod, I only had the textures for 1x1, 2x2 and 3x3. With no textures for 4x4, I will have to just jank the 3x3 ones to fit. It might not look pretty but I can certainly try if you still need it.
EDIT: I have a 4x4 version ready, but since it's a little ugly I will leave uploading it till you say if you still would like it or not.
