Adds diesel barrelling when using both "KS Power" and "Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates" (aka Bobplates).
Will need these two mods installed or you won't be able to enjoy your sandwich.

Works on 14.X, probably works on 13.X - let me know if you find any issues.
