Destructive Blueprints deprecated

This mod adds the ability to place blueprints over existing buildings. Deconstruction is ordered for the buildings below. Usage: Press Shift and place a blueprint to demolish any buildings that stand in its way. [color=red]Note:[/color] It only works with Blueprints in your Inventory and [color=red]NOT[/color] with blueprints stored in the blueprint library.
