i Recipe input: Mining drill head

Mining drill head requires 2x iron gear, 1x steel, 4x iron rod.
Deep Mine recipe requires a mining drill head to start.
Recipe takes 100x longer than usual but returns 100x the resources so the drill head isn't consumed too quickly.

Adds slightly more complexity to the mod.

100x resources at once is problematic for output buffers, especially when we get in regions of 500% efficiency and higher.

Using consumable drills was a concept i abandoned early on. It doesn't add any gameplay value.
