I was thinking of splitting off the infinite storage chest into its own mod (I really like it), but there's no license on the mod page or in the mod archive. MIT is a common "you can use it however but you have to keep this copyright on it" but you can obviously choose whatever you feel's applicable

I made a mod a bit similar to the chest and I think it's a lot easier to use, without worrying about manual/auto mode and you can't accidentally remove the items if you set it on auto or such. it's called infinity buffer chest. Plus network cables work on it. Maybe it works for your needs?

I tried out the infinity buffer chest. It works well, but I prefer the behavior of the infinite chest in Decu, if only because it doesn't get all laggy when I open it, and I can just open it and see the stacks as one square, instead of only on the mouseover detail. I'm normally using the chest with loaders to store overflow and to dump resources back into a logistic storage chest, so losing the manual control isn't really a bother (also using my stack mod so dumping 1000's of items into the logistic storage isn't a big deal and belts+loaders configured for 120 items/s)
