Improves the enemies tactics. New enemies are disabled by default(enable in startup). Custom Patch for Rampant 0.17.32, backport parity to Rampant 0.18.6 minus some sound and particle changes. Original mod can be found here: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Rampant
