Customizable Cliff Explosives

Allows you to customize and tweak cliff explosives makes them cost 1 grenade and 1 explosive by default, this also provides settings to tweak the Tree Nuke mod recipe but DOES NOT change it by default.

Adds customizable settings for the Cliff Explosives recipe. Also adds optional settings for the Tree Nuke mod by Endus322 if it is installed.

Changes

By default the mod will change the Cliff Explosives recipe to:
- 1 Explosive
- 1 Grenade
- Removes Barrel requirement
- Removes calcite requirement

This is all customizable in the mod settings.

If you have the Tree Nuke Mod Installed it will also provide settings to change this mods recipe. However the recipe is left untouched by default
