Hey there! Thanks for improving it!

I download it myself, and it's quite a nice improvement. Just 3 things:

1) In the fluid usage, the number is how much steam per tick, but that's not self-explanatory. I suggest either add a description (and tell that a second is 60 ticks), or convert from seconds to ticks behind the curtains... I did commit mistakes on that on my own version, I was consuming 10 times more steam in the turbines that it should.

2) I do not know what the efficiency means, in practice... some info would be nice.

3) If you can add it to the mod, it's a feature they asked me too: to add a means to adjust how much steam per second the boiler and the heat exchanger can produce... perhaps even how much heat, I dunno...

I was also able to make a parameter to change the amount of steam per tick for the boiler and heat exchanger. Although they (the parameters) may not work correctly ¯_(ツ)_/¯
