Updated the game and checked. No problem. Perhaps another mod or some special transport?

yes it does appear, to the left. It seems AAI vehicles prevent recoloring to work though.

Can you specify the exact reason for the error? Maybe I can fix it. Color menu doesn't open or button doesn't appear?

I suspect there may be problems with the false player. This mod uses a fake character mechanic that will make the car change color to match that "player".
