Corrects the energy capacity of water to be more realistic.

Results: Steam engines use less water: 1/50th of vanilla. Written because I did not like the way the mod "Realistic Steam Engine" altered the behaviour of the boilers. This mod leaves the boiler behaviour alone. Calculations done for the energy capacity are done based on a 20cm diameter pipe.

WARNING: Don't connect your engines until the water is hot. Because of the reduced consumption of the steam engines it takes 50x longer to consume the cold water. Always pre-heat your water before connecting your engines.
