Drones do not rebuild structures after destruction
Do you have them turned on? What version of the mod are you playing with?
I have version 0.51 , annd yes them turned on .Drones are working properly, there is only a problem when the structure is destroyed drones do not rebuild it, I have to rebuild damaged structures manually
