When using the Construction Drones in a cavern from surfaces reloaded, using the deconstruction planner to remove a cavern wall sends out the drone and removes the tile but does not cause a texture update. The removed tile is traversable but cannot have other entities placed there. I believe this is an issue with your mod as doing the same process with fusion construction robots from the FasterStart mod removes the tile correctly. I have included a dropbox download link with my save, taken right after I discovered the bug.
