While looking into a bug report of mine I noticed that the construction dronnes only look for items in your inventory. For example, when I'm holding the initial 40 smelters in my hand, meaning there are none in my inventory, it doesn't start taking items from my cursor stack. This is sometimes annoying and the vanilla construction bots will take from your hand, which is a bit weird when you have both...

I would suggest when no items found in the inventory, it would also check the cursor stack for available items to build?
