I run the outpost mod, and when placing blueprints with that mod, the bots wont build it.
Their isn't anything preventing it from working that way, if a normal bot can build it, the drones should be able to build it
Does the mod place blueprints in some custom way? The mod should raise an event when it creates the ghosts
when you put an outpost via outpost planer the drones dont place the stuff. you need to blueprint it again and place it yourself. then it works
