1 curved rail segment needs 4 pieces of rail, but the construction signaler only reports 1 rail.

BTW, love the mod, makes setting up outposts super easy. One suggestion would be to provide options to the user to tweak the polling frequency in order to improve UPS. I can have frequent polling while I am setting up new outposts, and then turn it down when the outposts are mostly done.

For what it's worth, I changed the tick_rate from 60 to 240 and it made a significant difference in UPS improvement.
