* Limit max # of signals, we aren't allowed to set more than 18. This means that if your blueprint uses lots of types of entities (more than 18), they won't all show up in the signals at first. But as some are built and the ghosts go away, the rest will take their place. (Update: the limit is 2000 as of version 0.16.4).

  * Cache the list of signals for each signaler, and don't tell the Factorio engine to update the signals except when they've changed.
  * Use a lookup table for the deduping logic, to speed things up where there are lots of ghosts.
