If there is no workaround, the delete ghost filter should works on these, but currently don't.

The thread you have linked me to is for the original mod (Construction Planner), not for Construction Planner Continued, so you should probably post about the issue on the correct discussion page.

Can you provide me with the exact reproduction steps when using only Construction Planner Continued and Blueprint Sandboxes in a new game? Or have you merely swapped from one mod to another mid-game?

I don't have the exact repro, but my linked save file has 2000 placeholders in the sandbox. The last time I got stuck with an invisible placeholder I pasted a train rails blueprint in the sandbox with the toggle button ON . I think I deleted or Ctrl+Z the pasted blueprint and when I placed my blueprint again, the invisible placeholder was there.

For the last question, I swapped the Construction Planner std vs Continued mid game, but there was a newly added placeholder.

So those 2000 placeholders in the sandbox were created while Construction Planner Continued was enabled?

The problem is - I cannot figure out how to end up in similar situation (in order to be able to debug the problem).

Ok, so not quite sure how you ended-up with those unapproved ghost placeholders actually getting built, but I have not been able to end up with creating more of them. I am not saying it is not a thing that happens specifically due to Construction Planner Continued, but I really need some form of reproduction steps to make sure I am fixing the correct thing etc.

If you can somehow figure out exact sequence of events the next time it happens, I would appreciate it.

However... In the meantime I have pushed a new version where the /cp_cleanup command has been updated to get rid of built unapproved ghost entities on all surfaces. This should at least "uncorrupt" your save game. You need to run the following command in console twice in a row (make sure to backup your savegame first):

/cp_cleanup

Well, it is only stop-gap measure - but if you are certain you are getting those placeholders built in the sandbox when using this mod, please do try to come up with exact reproduction steps.

I am assuming it is related to reviving ghost entities, but I want to make sure I know what it is I am fixing exactly (and being able to confirm that the fix actually does help).

One thing that I'm sure, this mod leaves invisible placeholders. If you remove this mod, the placeholders are deleted.
