Ok, I managed to reproduce the issue and I have pushed a new version that should fix it. Just let me know if the problem was solved for you with the version 4.0.1.

Thank you, the mod now loads normally. However, despite the fact that the "Approve ghosts by default" checkbox is OFF in the settings, ghosts immediately begin to be built by bots. And the key combination ,Ctrl-Shift-L does not affect this in any way.

I do not exclude that this is the result of a conflict with some other mod.
If necessary, I can send a save

If I press Alt-L and shift-select ghosts are paused, it works.

Hm... I thought I had managed to check the initial state display for the auto-approve, but maybe I messed something up. I will have a look at it, but as a work-around, on a new game you may need to click the auto-approve (shortcut) toggle button twice to get it to show correct state.

Since the original issue was resolved, I'll mark this as fixed and close the topic off to keep things clean, but if you run into more bugs or have some questions, feel free to open up a new thread. :)
