I was going to do what your mod is doing but you saved my life. thanks for the mod but I have a problem.
I think this should be considered a bug. I could not decide since it is depending on an option selected.
Klonan's repair turret is basically a roboport without logistic network. if I use your mod then your mod's "Roboport Logistics Range" option gives logistic roboport functionality to Klonan's repair turret. I believe it shall also affect other roboport based mods like robot chargers (depending on the option "Affect Mod Roboports/Robots")
it would be nice if your mod checks roboports if they provide logistics or not. if not then do not affect their ranges.

edit: check logistics_radius and construction_radius, if they are 0 then do not update perhaps?
examples:
robot charger mods do not have these values, they keep them 0
Klonan's repair turret has logistics_radius 2 and construction_radius 0
maybe an option like "affect roboport if lower than XX range value"
