Compatibility with Electric Train Mod

In addition to the default functionalities of the original mod, this modified version includes some new features:
- Added the same customization features from the Cargo Wagon to the Artillery Wagon
- Locomotive Power can be set to Default to disable modification of Acceleration power to all locomotives (So high-tiered locomatives don't feel useless compared to their low-tiered variants)
- Like for every other setting in this mod, you are now able to set a percentage multiplier for the Locomotive Power as well! But be aware, that it also influences the power consumption.

Also, fixed one typo in the description and formatted the code a bit.

Will deprecate as soon as the original mod developer implemented everything this mod features or rather copy-pasted the code of this mod to the original (and also make it available for Factorio 0.17).
