I'm seeing similar issues to what some people have reported previously, where it seems like once roboports are 'put to sleep' by the mod, they never resume placing concrete. In my case, I decided I needed to pause the placement of concrete, so I set the range to 0. Then when I was ready to start placing it again, I set it back to 100. Nothing happened until I placed some new roboports. Those roboports started placing concrete, but none of the others have yet.
