Adds thorium fuel cycles, advanced waste processing and new nuclear fuels.
Is it intended that the thorium reprocessing recipes are attached to the basic "Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing" researches as well? Doesn't that just make the "Thorium Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing" redundant?
I have segregated them, not sure why that was the case...
