Not compatible with 0.17.23

Why?

it would be that suffix change to tech's that was mentioned in the patch notes

Specifically, it is the nuclear fuel reprocessing technologies:
Error ModManager.cpp:1294: Technology nuclear-fuel-reprocessing: Non-contiguous levels: 1, followed by 1

Is it because the technology name "nuclear-fuel-reprocessing-1" conflicts with the technology from vanilla Factorio?
The mod seems to work if you rename the technologies to e.g. "basic-nuclear-fuel-reprocessing-1" and "basic-nuclear-fuel-reprocessing-2" (remembering to update prerequisites and text strings).

Addendum: Both of the multi-level techs in this mod and some of the other multi-level techs from the other MadClown-mods seem to need "upgrade = true" added so that they show up with proper numbering in the tech tree.

Now it seems there is a problem with solid-uranium-oxide somehow... At least on my end:
Failed to load mods: Error in assignID, recipe with name 'solid-uranium-oxide' does not exist.

Source: advanced-uranium-processing-1 (technology).

Mods to be disabled:
• Clowns-Processing
• Clowns-AngelBob-Nuclear

Oh, and Bob's Ores seems like it should be a mandatory dependence and not optional. If I try to launch with the minimal set of mods, I get the following error instead of the one above:
Failed to load mods: Error in assignID, item with name 'thorium-ore' does not exist.

Source: thorium-processing (recipe).

• Clowns-AngelBob-Nuclear
• angelsrefining

But with Bob's Ores enabled as well, I get the solid-uranium-oxide error.
