Circuit Controlled Silo

Allows a circuit signal to control when a rocket is launched

Using the special combinator in the bottom right corner
Send a negative "Rocket" signal to the "Smart Rocket Silo" to disable auto-launch
Send a positive "Rocket" signal to the "Smart Rocket Silo" to enable auto-launch

The same combinator also gives you a count of what has been loaded into the silo.

This way when you send white science into space, you can control how many fish you get back.
