Hey, I was helping someone else out with this a few days ago... 1.00 is not a valid version number, so if you search ingame with v1.0 or on the mod portal with the v1.0 filter, it only matches the 0.18 version (which the devs made auto-compatible with 1.0).

Oh sheesh, thanks for telling me. I was hoping to be able to have the first two numbers of the version reflect the factorio release, but sadly that won't work then.

No problem! And FYI the ' 0.13 - 1.00' will stay until you delete the 1.00 release. It is just a visual error though.
