Yes! I only can't get the locale to work sadly. That's why it took so long. I didn't want to upload it with broken locale, but it works and you can play with it if you don't mind.
I also plan to sometime add support for angel's mods if you use them.
(also, I try to always keep up with messages, so if you have remarks about balance or possible features (or bugreports) I'll gladly read them!)

To fix locale just remove the two spaces "=". for example:
charcoal = Charcoal
charcoal-complex = Improved Charcoal Creation

The fix :
charcoal=Charcoal
charcoal-complex=Improved Charcoal Creation
