This is a slight modification of Change Inserter Drop Lane by raiguard.

There was a disagreement in my multiplayer group about whether we should include CIDL, so a compromise was made to have it unlock as a research.

This mod is a quick and dirty edit that loses the Tips and Tricks simulation put together in the original mod. If I feel motivated, I may figure out how to add the simulation back in as well as make the cost of the technology configurable.
