There are 10 quickbars, just click on the number in front of the quickbars. Also, there is a slider in the settings, under Interface that lets you display up to 4 quickbars at a time.

Yes, I realize this. What I mean is, possibly adding more than up to four at a time, if it seems a better balance with the additional inventory sizes.
