Pneumatic transport tubes that transfer one item near instantly.
Cost balancing is ongoing, deciding how to impliment reusable capsules that doesn't replace belts entirely / has some downside. The idea for this mod is that there are some things you just want moved instantly but I don't want to encourage the player to throw 600,000 iron plates into the thing.
