Fork of "Building Time" by Klonan. Adds single setting to control speed of construction. Might get discontinued.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Global Tick Time Scale well, scales/in my case - divides by 2 construction time, because I play with 120 UPS setting. As a result - building have only half HP. I can't be sure that this is problem on your side, needs confirmation.
