Steps to reproduce:

1. start the game
2. load a savegame with Bottleneck mod enabled (you should see the indicator lamps just fine)
3. save and quit to main menu
4. load the same savegame AGAIN (indicator lamps disappear after a few ticks and do not show up until you RESTART the game)

Yeah, I have a fix ready. In the meantime please go into the settings and change one of the style settings. The next time a save is loaded the signals should be back.
