Clarification: Checking the box Options > Mods > Map > Bottleneck show
Just to get the details of the behavior you observe: You are going through the options menu, clicking an x in the "Bottleneck Show" checkbox, and clicking "Apply", after which no lights are showing anywhere?

I am having a hard time reproducing this behavior. Can I get you to send me a link to a savegame?
When I booted up the game today it was working fine again. It rebuilt itself after I updated RSO.
