after the 0.15.10 factorio update, non working buildings show red light, turning it off through mod settings,doesnt work everything is wrong somehow :D But more mods broke this patch I heard.
I'm having the same problem. Some are on, some are off, some are the wrong color. All the lights turn yellow when I toggle them off.
Yup. 0.15.10 fixed an inconsistent indexing scheme for sprites, which introduced the off by one error. This is taken into account in Bottleneck 0.7.1
