From time to time i see some miners that don't have more resources to mine without a light on it at all, some have the red light some don't. And that's only miners that don't have resources to mine.
I haven't been able to reproduce the bug. It might have been accidentally fixed by either Factorio 0.15.6 or Bottleneck 0.7.0. Could I get you to update and try again?
