Mod updated for version 0.17 of the game

This is a very, very simple mod that adds instant teleportation over a short distance. Shift + W A S or D will "blink" your character in that direction 10 spaces. (Eventually I'll make a config item, but 10 works well for now). This was inspired

by the Warcraft Mage spell "Blink"

There are no controls or safeguards. You might blink into water, the middle of an item, anything. It hasn't killed me yet (other than blinking into the path of a train), so that's good news. Use at your own risk!

I made this mod mostly for myself - I have a massive world where my FPS/UPS is down to about 14. I'm not QUITE done with the world and I was tired of running so sloooooooowly. This brings my movement speed back up to normal. Yes, it's cheating, but it helps account for performance issues in the game.
