Adds crates and a better way to do barrels of fluids for new mod fluids .

The mod uses extensions provided by the BkpF-Core and BkpF-Base mods.

This mod only creates barrels and crates for vanilla items and fluids, but other mods can use the features provided to add more crates and custom barrels.
