b "bi-arboretum-area" doesn't get auto-deconstructed after placing Terraformer

When you place a Terraformer you're placing a turret entity that then spawns other entities (including the actual Terraformer). The problem is that the placed turret entity doesn't get automatically removed after placement, and also can't be manually deconstructed. Further, if you remove the actual "bi-arboretum" entity and leave the turret then you'll get an error for the rest of your play time: "Entity is not crafting-machine."

If the turret entity gets deconstructed automatically when you place the Terraformer that should fix the issue, but players won't be able to determine Terraformer range post-placement.
