Why doesn't the farm automatically connect the wires after the update?

Where does it not connect? I mean, does it always happen, or with specific pole types at certain distances?

No time for testing right now, just a shot in the dark: If you put up two large poles at the maximum distance, they will connect. Now replace one of those poles with a small pole -- they can't connect because the small pole has a shorter wire reach distance. The same thing could be the issue here. The "bi-bio-farm-electric-pole" has a wire reach of 10 tiles, which is more than that of small and medium poles, so they may be just out of reach.

If you want to play around with that yourself, look for this line in prototypes/Bio_Farm/entities.lua:

hidden_pole.maximum_wire_distance = 10

and change the value. Does that help?
