Adds a selection tool that reduces inventory sizes of storage buildings for UPS savings. Mod created by request!
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Disabling "Spill Excess Items" settings doesn't work — items are spilled
It works. If the mod setting is not getting updated, try changing it in-game.
If the game is paused (like it is by default in editor mode) the setting won't update like you would expect.
