Better Waterfill

This mod adds two tiles which can be crafted in an assembler using water for placing both water and deep water tiles. Some possible uses include:
- Fixing misplaced landfill
- Expanding lakes
- Defend yourself from biters
- Relocating your water supply
- Removing the Netherlands from the map
