Add a starry sky background for the Nauvis star system and the new star system in the Metal and Stars.

A full-screen starry sky background has been added. If you don't like it, you can turn it off in the settings.

In the graphics settings, atlas texture size needs to be set to 8192 or "largest possible" please.
