The mod 'Terraforming should be expensive' last version is for factorio 0.18 so it breaks this mod. It doesn't sound like a difficult mod to just integrate with this mod. For now I've unzipped your mod and removed the dependency to try your mod.
Bleh. Just grab the terraforming mod and update it to current version.
Both of them are mine, but I'm grumpy at Korvarex currently after his latest "Notch moment"
