What would be nice is a way to switch the player to map view and have some buttons to move your view to each icon one by one

Maybe some option to post some GPS positions to players console

FYI this was the main motivation behind my new mod, https://mods.factorio.com/mod/FactorySearch, which has some similar features to this one but allows you to easily go between search results on the map (or with space exploration's navigation satellite).
