Provides battery-powered locomotives, reusable battery packs and charging facilities.
Balanced for vanilla gameplay by default, but trains can be as fast as you want.
Looks like the battery pack recycling recipe doesn't make much sense anymore in Factorio 2.0. Maybe it should be removed or at least disabled by default.
