Does nothing when the Base mod is enabled

This mod is intended to replace the Base mod in big mods/packs that 'rework' the game by essentially removing or disabling all of the vanilla items and recipes.

It adds dummy versions of any prototypes that are missing to launch the game. If other mods add prototypes this mod will not add the dummy equivalent.
