Sometimes I need to move a buffer chest on the map or something else involving massive amounts of items. For that I place a big chest (Angels Warehouse usually) and place all my inventory into that. Then I can pick up the buffer chest with all it's content, place it at the new location and refill it. Last I pickup the warehouse to get all my stuff back.

Now with logistics the problem is that bots will bring you new stuff after I dumped all my inventory. I wonder if there would be a way to detect cases like that, massive change in inventory, and then disable logistics and maybe popup a button somewhere out of the way to enable them again (so you know it's disabled and easy to enable).
