It would be nice if the mod was able to switch back to a higher tier of science once supply returns. Specifically Aquilo science in my case, but this would also be useful for switching back to planetary science techs after switching to a leftover utility tech, or back to a utility science tech after switching to a blue science tech.
This way, I can get my planetary researches done asap, but preform earlier techs during the gaps between science deliveries.
As a config option likely, as I can see some people not wanting this behavior.
