This mod adds Atomic Artillery shells

New ways to deal with enemies, be it attack or defense.
the artilley range infinite research extends the range of the shell but the resulting explosion doesn't reach as far. it just explodes in a line at the end of it's normal range (or atleast less than the actual shell)
