Using an Industrial Revolution modpack I made with only mods I know explicitly work with IR.

I'll try moving the item/recipe creation logic to data-final-fixes. If that doesn't work, I can add optional dependencies to control mod loading order.

So I added this line in my code:

I guess I'll uncomment that so the safety engages properly. :) This is in addition to moving it to data-final-fixes so that specific machine should work.
