Asphalt pavement for increased vehicle speed. Also includes tiles for lane marking (single and double lines) and various hazard areas. Original mod by Arcitos patched for 2.0/2.1.
Add an option to remove the heavy oil requirement, since that always ruins the oil balance in a vanilla game, ie players have to either manually delete other oil products or add an oil condensation mod.
Or add alternate recipes, maybe even a built-in condesation recipe.
